    Some great points you have included in this post.CSS (Cascading Style Sheet)is a web tool which is used to give a professional & qualitative look to your site and it has gained more popularity in the race of SEO. CSS is much easier to understand and to optimize than simple HTML. In last i would like to add some more points here:
    It will take less load time if your have a site with heavy traffic.
    It has the ability to improve the readability of your pages.
