    Jessica, these are excellent points and while I agree with jobfitter that it is easier said than done, I think it is important to point out that some initial heavy lifting will pay huge dividends down the road. Getting all the pages and accounts up and running is significant work but once they are ranking at all you can monitor and update as much as your schedule allows.

    Another point I thought worthy of making is that this six step process is valuable to any sized business. Even a sole proprietorship with 4 employees will benefit from the actions laid out above.
