		<description>What is very interesting to me is that the largest and currently popular social media site, doesn&#039;t practice some basice reputation management.  Why did it take so long to &#039;fess up&#039;?  Why didn&#039;t they become active in the dialogue and try to manage what was happening to 150k &#039;clients&#039;?  Fixing the problem isn&#039;t the only solution these days.  Communication, dialogue, hearing, listening all go a long way.

They didn&#039;t have to have an answer - merely saying they were aware that there was a problem and were working toward a solution probably would have sufficed.  Sometimes silence is not golden....</description>
